My own life long involvement in physical activity and passion for fitness has led me to where I am today.  I wish to share my knowledge and inspire others who are in pursuit of attaining their own optimal level of health and wellness.

Through leadership and customized programing, I pave the road to success in accomplishing your fitness goals.  Fitness is about being out of your comfort zone and pushing your limits.

I wish to motivate  and instill confidence  to break past those limits and further than you ever  possibly imagined.
