I'm a mom, a wife, an entrepreneur, and the owner of Embodied Fitness. I'm a retired professional fitness athlete, a coach, a creator, and a lifelong lover of fitness. My Personal Transformation Story

Even as a fitness coach and competitor, I struggled with my weight for years. In 2014, I was competing on prestigious fitness stages, doing extreme dieting and cardio. After my last show, we decided to start a family, and I had to step away from competing. My hormones and gut health were a mess, and my weight ballooned up 35 pounds. I hated the restrictive dieting and hours of cardio; it wasn’t working anymore.

My breaking point was during a date night with my husband. I felt self-conscious, bloated, and miserable. I resolved to find a solution. I sought out a holistic approach, which was life-changing. Within the first month, I was losing body fat more easily, my energy and moods improved, and my body was happier. I started enjoying working out again and got results by doing less because it was the right things for my body.
